I’m Helen Tanner. I set up Data3 in 2017 and I’ve loved working with our big and small clients ever since. Born in the corporate world, I’ve worked at a senior level for some big global businesses. With a career spanning oceanography, meteorology, wealth management, insurance and equity, I’m a data fan. A data geek with a commercial purpose.
I’m Tristan Dibbens, CTO at Data³. I’ve been working with databases and data solutions for longer than I remember. I’ve worked as a technical specialist and at a senior level for FTSE corporates as well as startup organisations. I love solving problems and delivering technical solutions to various complex challenges.
I’m Matt Dent. BI developer at Data³. I’ve been working in data analytics for my entire professional career, with most of my experience as a Senior Analyst in the charity sector. I now specialise in business intelligence, creating insightful and interactive reporting systems. I am a problem solver who loves taking complex data and translating it into powerful and beautiful visualisation.
I’m Błażej Piotrowski — an economist by education, a business analyst by experience and a self-taught UX and product designer passionate about data visualisation. I very much enjoy working at the intersection of technology, design and data analysis. I work closely with my Data3 colleagues, turning their brilliant work into data products.
I’m Denny Dominic, a Data Analyst intern at Data3. I’m a third year Physics student at the University of Bristol. I became interested in data after studying a unit that began to explain its wider applications in the world, as well as in promoting business growth. I’m here to help with data analysis and gain an understanding of consultancy work.
I’m Jonty Rougier. I’m a ‘full spectrum’ applied statistician, although the largest part of my academic work has been in Earth and Environmental Sciences. I’m Szymon Szyszko, a data engineer at Data3. I come from an Aerospace background, where handling and manipulation of data can often be crucial for safety. Experience in that and other sectors taught me a set of comprehensive analytical tools, so much needed in a problem-solving environment. When working with clients, my top priority is to understand their processes and needs to tailor the data solution to suit them.
I’m Monika Kvasauskaite, a digital marketing executive at Data³. I have recently completed my master’s degree in digital marketing, from the University of Bristol. At Data³ I have an amazing opportunity to develop my marketing skills while running data-driven experiments with our offline and online channels to find new marketing opportunities. I work closely with content visualisation and its distribution through a variety of social channels.
I’m Martin Bradfield, a data & CRM consultant. Martin is a senior marketing professional and fellow of the IDM with expertise in delivering customer-centric strategic planning, digital transformation, marketing technology and insight & analytics for brands such as Carpetright, Furniture Village, Mid Counties Co-operative and Sally Hair & Beauty. Since joining Data³ in late 2020, Martin has been focussing on introducing our data offering to a new client base.
I’m Paul Russell, a PhD researcher in artificial intelligence at University of Bath. I have a Masters in mathematics and have worked as a data analyst. I’m really excited by the expanding capabilities of machine learning techniques. At Data³ I apply these methods to help companies make smarter decisions and unlock the hidden value in their data.
I’m Suzanna de Barra and I’m a freelance graphic designer. I love working with Data³, using my creativity to help bring their projects and marketing materials to life. I have over a decade of experience, creating a whole host of different materials for many different companies and brands.
I’m Adam Hastings and I run Drink Tea Eat Biscuits; a studio specialising in graphic design and web development. We built this Data3 website and offer continued support with any web design & development projects.
I’m Gideon Barker, a consumer research specialist and owner of Profundo Insight. I work with Data3 to uncover more understanding of consumer behaviour, particularly helping to answer the ‘why’ type questions.
I’m Mark Williams, an HR consultant. For nearly a decade, I led the global people growth and transformation at FTSE 250 Engineer Rotork Plc during which time the company nearly trebled in size. Since leaving Rotork, I’ve supported companies of all shapes as an independent HR Consultant and Interim HRD. I’m advising Data3, and their clients, on people data analytics.
