Speed is an award-winning full service PR and communications agency, based in Bristol with offices in London and Leicester.
We created a data collection and reporting tool that Speed can use to measure their activity and demonstrate success to their clients. Speed needed the tool to look good, be simple to use, and highly customisable for each client.
The vision
To create a market-leading measurement tool that demonstrates the direct correlation between PR and comms activity, and business impact, demonstrating the worth of PR to a business.
The problem

Current client reporting is in Excel

Discovery
We used our DATA³ Discovery Process to capture all business requirements and review all relevant business information to inform our design and build stages.
Design
We used our DATA³ Design Process to recommend a robust and secure way to host, manage and update client-facing data and we designed a client-facing tool showing PR and communication metrics and the resulting business impact.
Build
We used our DATA³ Build Process to build, test and launch the client-facing tool showing PR and communication metrics and the resulting business impact, so it could be used by the Speed team for use with all of their clients.
“The tool we developed together has had a positive impact on our business already and the DATA³ team were a pleasure to work with”
